Please read all about the 2017 Sultan Swoosh here!

Coordinated by the Sultan Community Alliance and Sultan Youth Basketball, Sultan Swoosh is an annual, all-ages 3 on 3 basketball tournament that takes place at the corner of First and Main streets, near Sultan’s River Park. The games kick off bright and early at 9 a.m. and continue on throughout the day. This family-friendly tournament is open to the entire Snohomish County region! The 2017 event saw players from Sultan, Monroe and beyond.

Sultan’s downtown area is transformed into a live sports arena during Sultan Swoosh, with nonstop action happening on multiple courts.

Four-person teams are organized by grade level from third through eighth grade, and by skill level at the high school and adult levels. An entry fee is required to participate as a team, while attendance as a spectator is free.

Sultan Swoosh is a fundraiser! Money raised at Sultan Swoosh helps support upcoming Alliance activities, including its free summer soccer camp and Trunk or Treat on Main Street. It also supports the Sultan High School boys and girls basketball programs.

Sultan Swoosh offers a three-game guarantee to ensure that each team receives the opportunity to participate in multiple games. For more information about next year’s Sultan Swoosh or to help sponsor the event, please email sultan.community.alliance@gmail.com.

The 2017 Sultan Swoosh was made possible thanks to donations and support from Northshore Exteriors, the Loggers Bar & Grill, the Koehler family, the Geiger family, the Monroe Army Office and Ken Walker.
