Occupation
Councilmember Morgan works for a boutique law firm as an Associate Attorney. His legal practice primarily involves commercial litigation and creditor’s rights with a focus on bankruptcy law, pre/post-judgment remedies, real estate, and specialized asset recovery. While in law school, Councilmember Morgan gained valuable experience representing clients in criminal defense and family law cases, and he spent time working in the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, Councilmember Morgan worked in student affairs as both a Resident Advisor and as an Assistant Resident Director. Councilmember Morgan obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Western Washington University and a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law. He was elected to Position 1 of the Sultan City Council by a majority of voters in the 2021 General Election.
Family
Councilmember Morgan and his wife Victoria met during their undergraduate studies at Western Washington University. They moved to Sultan in 2020 after spending time living in Bellingham, Mill Creek, and Kirkland. You can find Conner and Victoria on the various trails in and around the Sultan area where they enjoy walking and training their two mini-goldendoodles: Luka and Hudson.
Hobbies
During his free time, Councilmember Morgan enjoys anything outside and active including: running, hiking, paddleboarding, kayaking, and playing sports with friends. He is an avid supporter of Liverpool F.C. and all the Seattle sports teams.
