Schedule a Building Inspection
Please submit your request through our online building inspection form here: Building Inspection Form. Phone requests are no longer accepted. As of January 18, 2022, building inspections will be performed on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays, until further notice. Building inspection requests must be made by 5:00 pm the day before the inspection is requested. Inspections requested over the weekend will be scheduled for the following Wednesday. We do not do building inspections on Friday or federal holidays. If for any reason you are not ready for inspection after a request has been made, you must call 360.793.1099 to cancel the inspection to avoid an inspection fee. Due to the workload of our inspectors, we cannot always schedule inspections for a specific time of day. Staff will make every effort to be available but cannot guarantee it.
If you need additional assistance, please contact the Community Development Department at 360.793.1099. You may also contact us through email (located upper right side of page). Please reference your building permit number, address, and type of inspection, along with your name and contact information.
