Parks
The city has over 159 acres of parks and open space, with an accompanying 10 miles of trails. Currently, parks in Sultan provide a generous 3.3 acres of space per 1,000 residents. The majority of the city’s park system is located near the historic town center and adjacent to the Sultan River. In addition, the City is in the process of constructing a future park space to serve residents along the Sultan Basin Road.
