Fingerprinting
Fingerprinting services are available to citizens that live within the boundaries of Snohomish County and can be completed Monday through Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Friday hours are from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
The fee for fingerprints is $10.00 for up to 2 cards and $3.00 for each additional card. If possible, please bring the employer supplied cards with you. Payment is by cash, money order or personal check only.
Concealed Pistol Licenses
Concealed Pistol Licenses are available for applicants that live within the boundaries of Snohomish County. Applications are available at the police department or download the application here: Concealed Pistol License Application
Applications can be completed Monday through Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Friday hours are from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. The fees are $52.50 for Originals, $32.00 for Renewals, $42.00 for Late Renewals and $10.00 for Replacements. If lamination is desired, there is an additional fee of $3.50. Payment is by cash, money order or personal check only.
Public Disclosure and Records Request
Our case reports are maintained at the Snohomish County Courthouse. For copies of reports, complete a written request with a case number, or as much information about the specific event as possible. Forms are available at the police department or download the form here: Public Disclosure Request Form
The fee for paper copies is $.15 per page for any documents containing over 10 pages. If a document is 10 pages or under, it will be available free of charge. The fee for a CD is $4.25. Checks, money orders and cash are accepted. You may fax your request to 425-388-3885.
Want a Ride Along?
Civilian ride alongs, while encouraged, are strictly limited due to the unpredictable nature of our profession.
A person wishing to ride must make application to the department defining the purpose of the ride. All persons approved must be 18, or over 16 with parental permission. A written application is available at the police department and includes a criminal background check. Fingerprinting is not required.

Traffic Violations
If you have received a notice of infraction for a traffic violation you may send your payment to the City of Sultan at the address listed at the bottom of your infraction.
If you wish to contest the infraction or want a court date, send your completed infraction to the City of Sultan at the same address. You must respond to the infraction within 15 days of the date it was issued.
